Equality for Black Nurses (E4BN)

Out of the ashes we have made the decision to use our experiences for good and are joining forces with the amazing organisation Equality 4 Black Nurses. We will be joining the collective voice in our quest to change our experience of the NMC. We will be working closely with the E4BN Team in fighting for justice so watch this space.

If you are a person of colour and are experiencing discrimination from the NMC, please make contact with Equality 4 Black Nurses who will support you through this process.

We have made the decision to create a branch of our service that supports those with similar experiences who have been subject to institutionalised racial trauma and will be providing therapeutic treatment. This is not exclusively for Nurses as we have seen Drs, Pharmacists and Dentists within our service over the years and welcome all who need support. This service will be provided at a nominal fee, and we aim to provide support to those who need it, so please do not let financial restrains stop you getting touch through our contact page.
